1. Shipping Areas
We ship worldwide via FedEx.
We have third-party agents (additional fee may occur) to clear shipments without applying for documents. Third party agents rules may applies.
2. Processing Time
Orders are processed within 3-4 business days after payment confirmation
We ship Monday through Wednesday to prevent plants from being held in transit over weekends.
3. Shipping Methods
All orders are shipped via FedEx (e.g., 2–4 Day, Priority options available).
4. Packaging
Plants are carefully packaged using breathable materials to ensure safe delivery.
In some cases, plant media may be removed to comply with shipping regulations or to reduce transit stress.
5. Live Arrival Guarantee
We guarantee live arrival on all shipments if delivered on the first attempt.
To file a claim, please contact us within 24–48 hours of delivery and include clear photos of the plant and packaging.
6. Damaged or Lost Shipments
If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us within 7 days of the delivery date.
Include your order details and photos of the issue.
Replacements will be offered depending on plant availability.
7. Weather Holds
We may temporarily delay shipments during extreme temperatures to protect the health of your plants.
Customers will be notified of any such delays.
8. Customer Responsibilities
Ensure someone is available to receive the package upon delivery.
Track your shipment and retrieve it promptly.
Provide accurate shipping information to avoid delays or failed deliveries.
